IRS Tax Practitioner Institute
The Institute is presented in the fall and summer by the Internal Revenue Service under the sponsorship of Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. It offers training in IRS procedures and NYS tax procedures. For more information, or to be added to the mailing list, e-mail sutax@syr.edu.
Institute for Creative Collaboration and Conflict Resolution
The Institute for Creative Collaboration and Conflict Resolution is affiliated with Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs through its Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC). The Institute draws heavily on the highly regarded faculty of the Maxwell School, a faculty that specializes in state-of-the-art theory, research, and practice in the processes of constructively managing disputes. Institute faculty members offer experiential courses that enable participants to be creative and successful in problem solving, facilitation, decision making, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Helen Benning Regnier Summer Institute on Leadership and Change in an Information Society
The Summer Institute meets May 11- August 14, 2009. Participants have the option of registering for intensive, on-campus courses for credit or audit—on campus, online, or in a limited residency format.
